Airfried Chicken Samosa

Ingredients

  • Chicken (minced or shredded)
  • Samosa pastry sheets or spring roll wrappers
  • Onion, finely chopped
  • Green chilli, chopped
  • Fresh coriander, chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ginger, minced
  • Cumin seeds
  • Garam masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for brushing

Instructions

Cook minced or shredded chicken with onion, garlic, ginger, green chilli, cumin seeds, garam masala and salt until fully cooked and dry.

Remove from heat and mix in fresh coriander. Allow the filling to cool completely.

Place a spoonful of filling onto a samosa pastry sheet and fold into a triangle shape, sealing the edges with a flour-water paste or water.

Repeat with remaining filling and pastry sheets.

Brush the samosas lightly with oil on all sides.

Preheat the air fryer to 180°C (360°F).

Place samosas in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Serve hot with chutney or dipping sauce of choice.
