Instructions
Pressure cook the potatoes for 2-3 whistles. Cool, peel and mash.
Blanch the chicken breast in salted boiling water for 15 minutes. Remove, cool slightly and then shred.
In a pan, heat oil. Add cumin, chopped onion and ginger garlic paste. Saute till golden.
Add all spices and salt. Saute for a few seconds.
Add the tomato puree. Mix and cook till it becomes thick.
Add the shredded chicken and mashed potatoes. Add coriander, mix well and take off the heat. Set aside to cool.
Make a tight dough with flour, salt and water. Knead for a few minutes and set aside for half an hour.
Divide the dough into small balls.
Roll out each ball into a thin roti. Cut it in half. Take one half and join the straight edge together to form a cone.
Fill the cone with the prepared samosa stuffing. Join the top edges to close the samosa. Press the edge with a fork to ensure it is completely sealed. Repeat with the remaining dough and filling.
Preheat the airfryer at 200 degrees C.
Spray the samosas with oil and airfry for 20 minutes till golden and crispy. Serve hot.
