Jugaad Mango Pista Cake

Ingredients
- ●3/4 cup maida
- ●1/4 cup atta
- ●1/3 cup sugar
- ●1/4 cup oil
- ●1/2 cup mango puree
- ●2 tbsp milk
- ●1 tsp baking powder
- ●1/4 tsp baking soda
- ●Pinch of salt
- ●1/4 cup chopped pistachios
- ●Vanilla (to taste)
Instructions
Mix sugar, oil, milk, and mango puree together until well combined.
Sift in the maida, atta, baking powder, baking soda, and salt, then mix until just combined.
Pour the batter into a 6-inch cake tin lined with parchment paper.
Top the batter with chopped pistachios.
Bake in a preheated air fryer at 180°C for 30 minutes.
