Mango Cranberry Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 cup maida
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup mango puree
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp mango essence (optional)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup dried cranberries

Instructions

Beat sugar and oil till light and fluffy.

Add mango puree, milk, vanilla, mango essence and beat till well combined.

Sift in the flour, baking powder, soda, salt. Mix gently till there are no lumps left. Add the flour coated cranberries and mix.

Add the batter to a lined cake tin and top the batter with more dried cranberries.

Bake in a preheated airfryer at 160 for 45 minutes or in an oven at 180 for 30-35 min.
