Thai Chilli, Basil and Prawn Fried Rice

Ingredients

  • cooked rice
  • prawns
  • fresh basil leaves
  • red chilli
  • garlic
  • fish sauce
  • soy sauce
  • oyster sauce
  • egg
  • vegetable oil

Instructions

Heat oil in a wok over high heat.

Add garlic and chilli and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add prawns and cook until pink and cooked through.

Push ingredients to the side and crack in the egg, scrambling lightly before mixing through.

Add the cooked rice and stir-fry everything together over high heat.

Season with fish sauce, soy sauce, and oyster sauce, tossing to combine.

Remove from heat and stir through fresh basil leaves.

Serve immediately.
